Delivering Risk Adjusted Returns
and Mitigating Downside Risk

Approximately $1.7 billion in AUM across Public and Private equity strategies

Energy-Focused Investment Strategies

TPH Asset Management invests client assets in energy sector focused investment strategies designed to deliver risk-adjusted returns and mitigate downside risk. TPH Asset Management is the energy-focused branch of Perella Weinberg Partners Capital Management LP, a registered investment advisor and an affiliate of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., an investment and merchant bank focused exclusively on energy with its headquarters in Houston, Texas, and offices in Denver, New York and London.

ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE EQUITIES

Focuses on public securities associated with energy infrastructure assets. Conducts intensive, fundamental research to independently value hard energy assets and identify midstream / MLPs, power and utility equities trading at a discount or premium to fair value.

MASTER LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS

Focuses on MLP and midstream energy equities. Conducts intensive, fundamental research to independently value the hard assets underlying public midstream energy securities / MLPs, and identify those that are trading at a discount to fair market value.

ENERGY EQUITIES
Fundamentally driven, concentrated, “best ideas” strategy managed by Dan Pickering, Co-President and CIO of TPH. Seeks to take advantage of the entry points in public equities that have been hardest hit in the correction. Diversified portfolio consists of 20-40 public equities designed to outperform energy benchmarks.
PRIVATE EQUITY DIRECT & CO-INVESTMENTS

Focused on co-investment and direct opportunities. Specialized investment teams comprised of TPH technical professionals (geologists, engineers, energy industry professionals) and financial analysts staffed to analyze and manage each opportunity based on sub-sector and geographic expertise.

While capturing the bottom is unlikely, we believe capital can be deployed in well-researched companies with excellent return expectations without sacrificing the ability to sleep at night.
